About Heativo
Heativo sells the Heativo Electric Lunch Box and related accessories through heativo.co.uk. References to "Heativo," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of this store.

Our store is intended for customers in the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products and Pricing
We sell the Heativo Electric Lunch Box (60W) in the following standard tiers:
- 1x Heativo Electric Lunch Box: £39.99
- 2x Bundle: £64.99
- 3x Bundle: £89.99
Each unit includes the 60W electric lunch box, 1.5L stainless steel inner container, insulated carry bag, UK plug cable, 12V car adapter, cutlery set, and fruit compartment, as described on the product page.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on heativo.co.uk are provided for general information. We work to keep product information accurate, but minor variations in packaging, colour, or included accessories may occur without notice. Prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time before you complete checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. That confirmation means we received your order, not that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise fulfil the order.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Failed or declined payments may result in order cancellation.
Shipping
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We offer free UK shipping with typical delivery in 3 to 5 business days from our UK warehouse.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
